Itd be called workers coin. The way youd mine them would be by typing a series of random characters and in return youd get one satoshi (which would be called a marx) This would ensure that everyone could mine workers coins regardless of the power of their means of production. The motto for the coin would be "from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs" Id make it but i dont have the know how.
