Title: Question for people who have used Dogeparty...
Post by: commandrix on December 26, 2014, 02:39:45 AM
Basically I'm talking about this site here: http://www.dogeparty.io/

Anyway, I'm seriously considering using it to raise startup funds for a new online (crypto-based) business and a few things are unclear:

1) How can I sell the tokens I create? Can I do that on an outside blog, or through the Dogeparty system?
2) How can I deliver the tokens in a way that I get no complaints that buyers didn't receive them?
3) How can the tokens be easily redeemed for the services I plan to provide on my website?

Any help would be appreciated.

dogeparty could have done better.. especially on the community side of things.  they should have gotten the doge founders or one of them on board their team.

You could be right, but as the Polish say, "Not my circus, not my monkeys." My concern right now is raising startup funds. Anyway, I'll try posting on those sites that were mentioned. :)

Ummm.......hate to step on DogeParty toes, but has the OP looked at any other crypto-systems with a history of successful crowdfunding asset issues ?

I looked at Counterparty, BitcoinStarter and a few others, but I may end up trying Indiegogo. They're pretty well-known and I get the feeling that Bitcoin peeps can be stingy when it comes to fundraising campaigns. (Prove me wrong if you want, but at least the Dogecoin peeps have the strongest reputation for doing fundraisers.)
