I played all night long video slots and i won 3btc (3196 mbtc) when i requested cash out my whole balance, they told me there is a max cashout 100 mbtc. so i can only withdraw 100 mbtc. I ve played online and reel casino since 10 years. I kno very well casino rules and terms and conditions. However in this situation: 1) This bonus terms (100 mbtc max cashout) are not stated in anywhere on site. (even bonus page http://btc-casino.io/page/termsandconditions) 2) Customer support stand up for they can only "tell" this conditions. however in every casino on the world, have terms/conditions/bonus page and every rule/condition is indicated. 3) This is an arbitrary situation. I won 3 btc, customer support told me max cashout 100mbtc. what if other customer won 100 mbtc, they can told max cashout is 50mbtc? 4) I can understand their rules if they state these before. I know most casinos limit bonus winnings etc. However this limitation cant be told, should be written on anywhere and inscribed. The rules are rigged. What if you would have lost all playing with 3BTC? I guess you should try hard to get at least 100mBTC without depositing anything and then stay away cause i don't think these guys have enough funds to pay you out. But still i feel that you should get what you won because you won it before the terms were announced. Someone trusted should give a negative trust mark to the operator of the btc-casino account so that more people do not get scammed.
