Title: Bitcoin Dice Casino Script Featuers
Post by: williamj2543 on December 29, 2014, 06:07:05 AM
I am in the process of developing a really complex and fully featured dice script but I want some ideas on what to add to it.
I have the basic faucet, chat, invest, and provably fair features but I want to know what the community would want to see in a dice casino or script that they would purchase. I would like to make this as best as possible and am open to all ideas so don't be afraid to share them here.
Thanks
(All people who post a well thought idea will receive 50% off the script when it is completed)

Maybe, instead of having just a dice script you could add other games like Blackjack on it.
I like the concept of bitdice, like they have bitaces too.

There's already Dice and Blackjack script.

See my signature.
Hello, this isn't an advertising thread for your scripts, this is for new ideas.

User profiles with comments so when doing investments people could see how trustable is person they are investing into.
Configurable buttons so you can set custom bet increases e.g. "BET 130%" etc.
Some kind of API so you can create bots.

Yes an extended API would be great. The most casinos just have Bet Tx API's or so but no API for betting. But it's always a security risk so 2FA @ the API would be nice.

Here's a couple:
Logging for all user actions (logins/change pw's/deposit and withdrawal addresses/ip addresses)
Logging for all administrative functions
Multifactor authentication (2FA using Authy and email confirms)
User lockout functions, multiple admin accounts
User account security - force password changes every x days, change password on next login, etc
Strongly encrypted passwords in the database
Ability for admin to manually credit user accounts, change user passwords, avoid weak passwords "12345", etc
Maintenance mode - display shutdown notifications, hours, etc
Administrative ticketing system for resolving user issues
Administrative database maintenance, archive transactions, rebuild indexing, backups, etc
Built in ability to move a % from a hot wallet to a cold wallet
Customize look and feel easily, logo's, colors, etc
Step-by-step installation documentation, vimeo or youtube showing installation
Developer support, free model and paid model for enhanced support
Tools or recommended services for generating traffic or managing a signature campaign

I forgot to mention: it would be great if it builds on Bootstrap. It should be easy then for every casino to create a nice and unique design.

Yes, bootstrap is responsive and is really popular, if site is built on bootstrap, it would be awesome.
Also, you should make something in which people can instantly customise their dice site to their own needs, like they don't need to edit the code, but you create functions that edit the code and people have to just drag and drop.

Yea my dice site is built using bootstrap. It makes it much easier to make it look a lot better. Drag and drop would be extremely hard to pgoram I think, bu when users purchase it they tell me what they want and I quickly add/remove features for them.

Are you coding with Node.js or so? Or just JS, jQuery and PHP?
