I am selling it for 0.4 BTC. At this price profit is easily possible within 2 months if the post level is maintained.

Yes they do. Heroes go for upwards of 0.8. Quickseller is asking much more than that. Price for standard Seniors seems to be around 0.4 so 0.5 for an account on its way to being a Hero and already enrolled in a campaign is reasonable.

i think price is high for ,Sr. member accounts are sold for 0.2 - 0.3 BTC
so that user can start generating profit in 2-3 months

i think after new forum software release may be they will disallow multiple accounts,who knows

i m reading this since last 1-2 months that PD signature campaign will back and still here is nothing
who know when they will start it or what if they don't

because i think with new forum software admin will work on controlling of spam and scam
and disabling multiple accounts can be an option

No. It's not going to happen. Impossible to do and many users have alt accounts for valid reasons. It would be unfair to punish everyone and too time consuming to even start policing.

Even if its fair, its simply not possible. Bitcointalk may try to prevent access through non Tor nodes or VPNs, but that would mean violating the right to remain anonymous championed by Bitcoin.

Same issue if trying to enforce identity verification.

Its allowed by the site rules and admins. Its the community who may negative trust you. Since its known that this account is for sale no one will buy it either as a known bought account is looked at poorly.
