please recommend a BTC trading platform which does NOT require ID verification

and easy for withdraw and deposit, easy to exchange to other e-currencies, reliable, not very small, easy to withdraw, no need to submit ID or address etc.

All platforms that are legit require ID verification.

I would personally recommend bitfinex. They are somewhat limited on the number of alts you can trade however they do have a larger level of reputation (which I would give more weight to).

If trading more alts is important for you then I would go with cripsy although they have had some minor security and reputation issues in the past

Bter.com is good as well for trading altcoins. And also it meets ur requirements. Although they encountered some security issues and caused the loss of consumers' NXT, but it is resolved now. They have a good reputation.

When it comes to FIAT deposit and withdrawal, all reputed and trusted exchanges will require some kind of verification.
You can try localbitcoins.com and pay by cash to someone who is willing to meet in person.

If you're just looking for BTC deposit/withdrawal and alt-coin trading, there are many many exchanges that let you do that without ID verification.

BTC-E is what you need. Very low fees, you can trade BTC<->USD and exchange to other e-currencies in no time, saved me a lot of $$.

I personally enjoy using poloniex. It has good volume and decent features.

+1 for BTC-e, check out bit-x its pretty new but looks good and remember bitstamp is coming again.

if you are dealing with fiat deposit/withdrawal, you can't really get around giving up ID. otherwise (if you are depositing/withdrawing coins only), BTCE and BFX would be my recommendations.

BTC-E is good, but doesn't have the lowest fees. you can get better on Okcoin and Huobi, probably others as well. Trading futures is very cheap too. but i do like there exchange overall.

I trade on BTCE and OKcoin without verification -- only coins in, coins out. But can only do LTC on the latter.

Check out futures contracts as well when you have bought your bitcoin. Best ones are OKcoin (https://www.okcoin.com/?invid=2004223) (20x leverage) & Bitmex (https://www.bitmex.com/register/n1ifPv)(5x leverage). Can make some serious bitcoin!

Based on your description you want an exchange not a trading platform. Futures are a platform for trading, not an exchange in most cases. With that said you are not going to find many exchanges accepting fiat withdrawals without KYC.
