Here we grow again,

To grow my GPU farm, I have found and negotiated a great deal on a set of GPUs from an excellent source, pending I secure a loan to pay for them.

65 BTC would be for a motherboard and 3 GPUs for around 1 Ghash increase

120 BTC would be for the above plus 5 additional GPUs for another 1.5 increase or 2.5 Ghash total


I am hoping to find a rate of around 9-11% and I would be able to pay it back in installments within 90 days. I am currently mining at around 2.8 Ghash and looking to almost double that with the above purchase. I live in a place where electricity is included in rent and there is plenty of it available.

Cool, for this deal maybe I can do the escrow and lend the money all in one transaction.

In other words, once he gets the hardware I would give you the money directly and that would create the loan from him to me.

  I would be utmost pleased with that as my next step would be looking for an escrow service. Although pricing has been agreed upon regarding the 3 X 5850's, further negotiations are needed for MSI mobo, cpu, ram combo, as well as the 5 X 5830's. However, I am sure sadpandatech and I can come to an agreement with those as well.

Since I will make money on the loan I will do the escrow for free to all parties involved.  Once you have a final agreement, copy me on it and then the hardware can be shipped.

I've no issues with BurtW handling escrow for these transactions.

I will be shipping all merchandise when the loan is agreed and escrow balance has been listed. Upon receipt and verification of said items I will receive the deposited balance of escrow.

90 day 125 BTC loan at 10% per month approved by IBM.  The loan of 125 BTC is now in escrow.

Being you are also the escrow, this statement satisifies my, "and escrow balance has been listed".
