I don't think this is a good idea.
A, there are lot of exchanges in China, people trust them.
B, The China trading market is smaller than you think, the trading volume of China exchange is believed to be fake.

Dude, the Chinese exchanges are notorious for their faked volume and manipulating bots. We definitely need some new blood to wipe out the corrupted exchanges here. I support you by all means. Please list you address below and I will send you 5 BTC as a courtesy donation.

If his exchange is honest, then it would be a huge advantage over the other cheating ones.

We have found a local entrepreneur who has been living out of bitcoins for the past 3 years, and we are working towards making it 100% transparent to the users.

- Wall street level quality (uses FIX Protocol)
- Affordable (no setup costs, low maintenance costs)
- Secure (web sockets, multi-signature wallets)
- Transparent (easy audits, public transactions)
- Fast and reliable software
- Instant Bitcoin deposits
- Open source (core developer used to develop at NYSE and BMFbovespa in Brazil)

Most important is that the wallets are PUBLIC and MULTI-SIG, that means no one will be able to touch the Bitcoins without our consent.

We have registered an amazing domain in China and hope to make it big:

You can check our credentials by googling our names (Yonathan Yuri Faber and Rodrigo Souza) and of course check our exchanges:

https://www.urdubit.com (pakistan)
https://www.surbitcoin.com (venezuela)
https://www.guaranibitcoin.com (paraguay - closed beta)
https://romaniabitcoin.exchange/ (romania - closed beta)

I think this is a good idea.
The more possibilities there are of exchanges, the better i think.
SO it can grow and become more popular.
Good idea.
