A harmless-appearing link could lead to a website that contains a phishing script designed to harvest personal information and logins by pretending to be another website.
It could also contain a script that downloads malware onto the visitor's computer and executes it. Such malware could take advantage of the computers resources to mine cryptocurrency. It could also be used to extract sensitive data which is then used by cyber crooks to steal money and commit identity fraud. Thank you for reporting the above link.
