Escrow means that a third party person holds the coins, until the person buying confirms that the account works. This approach protects the seller and the buyer (if you pick a trustworthy person to hold the coins).

You can check, I never even tried to login to the last one you gave. You should check them properly on a PC before selling them. Refund or you're a scammer. You can sell these accounts to someone else, they haven't been touched.

If you gave him two working accounts, you don't have to do anything. He bought it, the account works and thus your business with him is finished and finalized. He cannot force to give you an refund. A neg. rating from him doesn't mean anything either, so don't worry about it if he leaves you one.

U may call me a scammer but u already are with ur Trust - 13 and the note Trade With Extreme Caution.  As I said I gave u two proper working accounts and u say it isn't working, I cannot refund like that.
