Most money i have seen doesnt use the color yellow and so i do not associate it with anything similar. Secondly i miss a Bitcoin symbol on it.
Last but least is a maybe dubious thing but i am not a fan of any religion and as such wouldnt like "islamic" on important papers i have, sorry. Islamic is a religion is it not not an actual geographical location or country or bank or anything else. Like it or not Islamic, at least in 1st world countries is not a term I would choose to associate with any form of currency due to the current political atmosphere. For a business check, have you considered making a version with a perforated note area? It could go in a ledger book and a treasurer or bookkeeper would put the amount and purpose on the note area when funding & filling out the check.
