Picture id card is not a valid collateral , can you provide a valid collateral ?

I do not know what are the best. Photo ID card can do, at any time, along with the date and at the face to make it credible.

I add a bill for the internet to confirm my address.

Your intentions may be good, but what happens if you are unable to pay? The photo ID is useless to the lender in that situation.
Collateral needs to be something that the lender can liquidate to recover the loan+interest in case of default.

I do not have anything like that. If I had I would have sold it.

Collateral: picture ID card

sorry, you'll have to do better than that. nobody can confirm if the ID you have is even real. And what if you default? loaner will have your picture ID to do what? sell it for a few bucks on the blackmarket? Doubtful.
