My advice is for you to think carefully about this project.

Advertising is very difficult to sell and never as profitable as people expect.

If you want to build a news site that's fine if you want to write the articles yourself but if you are hiring writers to start it up will cost a lot of investment, which it appears you don't have. There have been hundreds of failed cryptonews sites since they don't have anything unique to them and/or a lack of funds. If you write for yourself then you will probably see that it would have been time better spent in terms of profit writing for someone else.

Wow, so you want people to work for you for free for an indefinite period of time so they may or may not get paid at a future date according to something that they have no control over?

As someone already mentioned, if you need good writers to make your site even remotely successful, you'll need a lot of investment. If you want to bootstrap it yourself, you should be writing for it yourself, not looking for free global labor. Do you really think any half-competent writer would agree to this?

Got one writer and ready... and I mean, I give out my coding skills for free most of the time because I have free time every once and a while. That's what we're looking for right now. When we start getting income we'll be paying. If you're posting here just to discourage me, it's not working... get off this thread if you have nothing positive to say.
