Regardless, I would not recommend making this loan unless the OP can provide collateral. The senior account he owns is worth 0.20-0.30 BTC for anyone who was wondering if his account would serve as good enough collateral. Right now as it stands it's just a domain to us all. Details like visitors, customers, turnover... Prove to lenders that you can justify the value of the website that you have placed on it.
