My xapo wallet looks fine, the numbers seem correct.
The conversion value looks correct for USD (and EUR too).

I've sent an email to his CS,, but to date have not no response ..

of a group on facebook also said that XAPO error ..
probably you lucky person ..

I've read somewhere 1-2 months ago that XAPO is rather slow responding to customer support problems.
I hope I'm wrong. Patience and good luck!

I appreciate you bringing this to everyones attention here, that way I can let people know what's going on in a public forum. Customer support got your message and replied, personally. Xapo was using Bitstamp's APIs for the pricing of Bitcoin - and since their services were temporarily disabled as of yesterday (if you didn't hear about what happened to Bitstamp, check the news!), it appears that is has affected their APIs as well. That being said, we are working on fixing this on the app, but if you check your balance on the Xapo website, your balance total should be correct by now.

why do you use xapo?

its better if use blockchain ,no bugs and its the safest!

Agree that blockchain.info wallet is better as you have your private keys in it and the keys are encrypted in client side. But the "no bugs" part isn't quite right http://blog.blockchain.com/2014/12/08/blockchain-info-security-disclosure.

I dont trust Xapo since they used there false advertising of cards to get people to use there wallets.

timz is loving his Xapo Debit Card, as are many other happy users. We certainly are not "false advertising". We've always been very open with the public, that the card is still in it's early stages, but most of those who have received cards are very happy with them.

Great question! The card ships to almost all countries, the major exceptions currently being USA, India, Pakistan, and Belarus. Having said that, you can use the card ANYWHERE (including the countries we can't technically ship to) that accepts debit cards, we simply can't mail them to those restricted countries at this time. Some USA residents have been having the card shipped elsewhere so they can get access to it. They are denominated in your choice of UK Pound, Euro, or USD. If you use the card for a transaction that is different from the one in which your card is denominated, there is a standard international transaction fee of 3%, like most normal debit cards.
