For how long has you wallet been offline? Sync could take quite time, maybe you can use bootstrap. Your wallet cannot access the internet. See the "connecting..." in the bottom left.
Try waiting a while to see if that helps, if not try restarting your client. If that doesn't work check to make sure your client isn't being blocked by a firewall. It seems you wallet file name is sinoo.wallet. You should back up this file.
