It's "legit" as long as it runs, because websites like this are known as Ponzi's and they always crash at some point. You can make money from it, yes, but a lot of people will money because of it. They have a tab showing payouts, but those could be fake of course. Problem with Ponzi's is that you never know if they are legit and if you wait too long, your money is gone.
