Title: E-Coin Beta Launch - New Bitcoin Debit Card
Post by: pmatveev on January 07, 2015, 07:05:43 PM
E-Coin (www.e-coin.io (http://www.e-coin.io)) continues the Beta trial of its new Bitcoin processing service launched just before Christmas.
Inspired by the double-digit growth in Bitcoin transaction demand, the company developed a simple and robust platform to use coins in everyday life.

The key feature of the platform is the new debit card linked directly to the user’s Bitcoin wallet

  • allows you to convert Bitcoin into Fiat
  • offers world-class security protection
  • makes bank charges a thing of the past
  • gives you the freedom to shop anywhere
  • is accepted at over 25 million ATMs worldwide

Cryptocurrency miners and other Bitcoin owners suffer from lack of efficient ways to use their digital funds. E-Coin’s Bitcoin debit card allows users to convert digital money into fiat instantly to pay online or withdraw cash at ATMs. On the other hand, those who wish to invest in crypto are now able do so more conveniently and efficiently.

It is still possible to register for the Beta version to become one of the first to try the new platform and order the debit card at the nominal price of $1.

E-Coin is also offering a generous referral programme for mining pool owners and equipment manufacturers/sellers and other potential partners.

To learn more about E-coin's new Beta launch platform, visit www.e-coin.io (http://www.e-coin.io)
To apply for E-Card www.e-coin.io/requestInvite (https://www.e-coin.io/requestInvite)

note: we don't ship cards in the US and India at the moment due to regulation requirements in these countries, hope it will change in the future.

I'll keep an eye on this thread.

I haven't heard to much about e-coin/bitcoin debit cards, this can probably go big, keep it going.

it's Visa debit card linked to your bitcoin wallet, so it's accepted in any traditional ATM

just a quick note: we don't ship cards in the US and India at the moment, hope it will change in the future.
I can see several beta requests from people from the US, just to let you know that we won't be able to send you card at the moment (due to US reguilations)

Suggestion: Provide a Windows Phone app for this, too.

Yes, I know iOS and Android are the most popular options. Yet, it would even be a notorious gesture to provide support for MS's native mobile platform, now that we know MS "means" something for BTC. i.e., it's unwise for you as a new company not to test the water in the Computing Giant's mobile platform.

It should not be that difficult for you to have the talent (I mean staff) to develop the application. As you commented in the other long thread where the business' legitimacy was discussed, your team knows how to do business. I believe allowing the 3 most popular platforms to have an app for it would be appropriate (I know, Blackberry might dispute that and so there might be 4 of them).

And, yes, I would love to try the app in my own Windows Phone.

S.
