I can vouch - just purchased and was sent a premium account (account name and email address of my choosing) within an hour.  Spotify shows my account as premium until 5/13/15.  We'll see what happens after that!   ;)

Just hope that the only thing that happens is your account getting downgraded or banned.

stopped working after 2 weeks
