I am looking for people (preferably miners) who want to sell BTC in the UK. A prepaid MasterCard (GBP, USD, EUR) can be issued with online access (similar to a bank account) and posted to you. Yeah I would second that. You could trade your card for anything and offer it for trade or exchange for BTC as well. In the past I have bought and sold pokerstars fund, and thats a great altternative for people in UK .
