I don't think this is real nor worth $70k and no will pay that up front unless! .... escrow for the "full" month released when job is competed 

You don't think its worth it? Have you seen the diff level? In one month you could mine over 100k worth of btc. And you don't have to pay for power, maintenance, etc etc. Im working on getting a screen shot asap.

Even if you have proof nobody will pay that much upfront without some kind of escrow arrangement.

1/PH why not do it yourself and keep the coins? hate to put you on blast but we seen these type of threads before. you new, and untrusted feedback ont he forums asking $70k upfront that makes you more if you do it yourself. ::)

like i said before only way someone even myself is to escrow the upfront cash/btc for the full term of that month for any reason you "run off, cut the time short, not give product" buyer gets full refund. i yet have seem you agree to those terms no one here and i think i speak to everyone here on the thread will give you that amount and say "sure, here" i trust you.

rent for 70k but as you claimed can make 100k so why rent it & not profit the 30k ?

What proof can you provide that the miner is real? How does the buyer know that you will continue to mine after payment is made?
