what service do you offer ?

We can dig deep into the depths of the internet and find information on someone of your choosing, such as alt accounts, past defaulted loans on other accounts, ip addresses, names, writing and typing styles, associated addresses etc. For loaning purposes, we can determine whether or not someone has a "clean" enough background to be worthy of a loan as well.

Thai really only works of the said user uses his/her username elsewhere and drops leads around.
Say I had an account which I only used here for Bitcoin discussions, how exactly would you be able to conduct a background check legally? (as in without breaching any laws in the process).

It is not necessarily a "background check", it is just using publicly available information and drawing plausible conclusions and "putting it all together".
