It will have data of various graphic cards and how well they perform compared to each other. Some of them will also give a FPS estimate for a variety of games. That way, you can tell which graphic card will be better for the games you want to play.

I have a single R280 and am yet to find a game that doesn't run on high settings. Dual cards will only cost more and need more power. If you want something really powerful get a single R290x

The stock cooler on the 290 and 290x is almost unusable in an office environment though, unless you're deaf from running SP20s or S5s.
