so apparently this dude running xpyponzi was doing 'manual payouts' yesterday.
and apparently had no procedures in place to do it right. no checks, no balances.
and now claims to have overlooked/skipped a block or more of transactions. people got paid
out of order -- and the skipped ones are still waiting for more funding.

okay, mistakes happen.

but, he's refusing to communicate this openly with any sort of notice on his website.
he prefers people sit wondering wtf happened, or hunt him down in a chatbox to get answers.
i had to ask several times before he would even answer what time periods the skipped blocks covered.

when pressed why he does not post a public notice, he said he prefers a 'personal touch.'
immedately following that with personally confusing one of his chatroom investors with someone else and accusing them of trying to pull some sort of payout fraud against him. good personal touch there!

he's convinced proper communication/site-notice is a 'big red flag'.
i'm convincned incompetent communication is far worse and just indicitive of his general lack of business sense.

Payout never happened

been waiting over 52 hours for payout, I was completely skipped. Don't work on updates or other things, take care of payouts first then work on site. The way you are going you won't have a site to work on if you keep people waiting any longer. I understand you want to do the right thing and build this up to a nice site, well again if you continue this way no one will come.

he screwed up handling a simple first-in/first-out queue (he made out-of-sequence payouts) and is now talking about relaunching an expanded site with more features, little games or something. how in the hell does he think he's going to manage that if he cant manage a simple queue?

also the first 'feature' boasted on the web page is "full transparency."
however he wont post a clear/concise update on the webpage as to the current status of the operation because he tells me that would look like a  'big red flag.'

To anyone that did not yet receive their payout..

I will be taking over where HG failed/left off.

Many of you, including me, did not get paid.. while others that invested after did make their profit. This is very frustrating. I have a new system, with additional features, that I will be launching tomorrow.

There is a variable payout system based on my trading bot, market movement, etc. As well as additional features and investment opportunity. There is risk involved, but it is much, much lower.

There is a googledocs sheet with the investments not paid. I intend to pay 175% as that was the expected rate of return when the investment was made. This will not happen immediately. HG is still responsible for making restitution but I intend to help speed up the process dramatically while providing a service that is very much in demand.

If things work out, everybody will have their investments paid, and have the opportunity to make some additional crypto. I will be taking in revenue stream in the form of commission, straight percentage. A small % of many transactions will keep the site operating and allow for growth opportunities.

Almost none, I am asking he directs his customers to the new site and to complete the spreedsheet of customers net yet paid. Otherwise I am essentially purchasing the debt and asked him to repay me directly as I pay out the bad debt he holds. The site will be up tonight at 10pm EST, I will post the address later. There will be a functional support feature, as well as a chat feature ( as requested)

I have been rushing to do this, it is good considering the limited time since I was asked to take over (1day). Please keep in mind more features will be added as time goes on. that's awesome.  yeah, hells' got me upset.  i vouched for him and sent him a customer or two and to boot i sent that foolio 37 xpy.  i wish dude the best, but i don't want to send anymore business his way.  i can't stand for lies and deception, and his attitude about it all has been defensive rather than remorseful.  anyhow...i look forward to folks getting paid.

The lottery. Buy tickets and be paid out in btc or xpy. No limit on the quantity of tickets that can be purchased. The timestamp on the deposit puts the buyer in a queue. 1 ticket takes up 1 spot, 2 tickets take up 2 spots, 10 tickets take up 10 spots etc. Drawings are daily. At the time of drawing a random number generator will populate a number between 1-x, where x is the total number of tickets. That number is the winning ticket and the depositing address will receive 95% of the deposits. There is one lottery for xpy, and a separate lottery for btc. Both payout daily.

Each week there will be 1 Jackpot on a random day. The first weeks jackpot will be day 1, the first drawing. The jackpot pays additional XPY on top of the 95% of deposits. The first Jackpot is coming straight from me and is 50 XPY.

Simmi .The most advanced trading bot used in beta tests drawing from real stock quotes produces extraordinary return rates. The returns are not always positive.That would be impossible. To guarantee profit for investors there is a specific strategy in place. All profits above and beyond 2x are transferred to a separate fund. From this fund they are split half into high margin trading and half into low risk/ low return investments. If an investors deposit dips below 1.5x (the minimum payout) the difference is made up from the separate margin trading account. Because of this, there is a 45 hour window between deposit and payout to allow sufficient time for trading. Also, the payouts will range from 1.5x up to and including 2x (where x is the initial deposit). This fluctuation is primarily due to the volatility of the markets. By using a variable payout system, Simmi greatly increases the sustainability of high payouts. If the market is consistently down and the profit from Simmi's short trades do not outweigh the decrease in coin value the payouts may need to be lowered. If this is the case, Simmi will stop accepting new deposits, pay out all current deposits at the proper rate, and then begin accepting new deposits at the new payout rate which will be posted on the site.

A.  The name of the website was XPYponzi and had very informative description of how your money would be used and how your winnings would be achieved.
B.  You Violated the Deposit Limits ( You asked for permission and i warned you " AT YOUR OWN RISK" That only 10xpy was covered under the 75% return guarantee )
C.  You and 3 other people insisted work with Fred aka thunder to allow him to take over the debt and site,  I was initially against this because I had serious doubts about him you insisted he was a good guy and it would relieve me of the debt.
D.  Why do you feel that I " Stole " xpy from you.  I didn't steal a thing man,  Ponzi's run dry its what they do.   At-least i was upfront with every single one of you every step of the way.   There were over 100 different people who played on that site,  out of the 9 people that lost only 3 of you are complaining.

Hells is still planning to pay all you out 75% of your deposit. Give him time to do so, as he doesn't have the coin to pay everyone in one go.

The reason i removed his details: it was cluttering the FB, as i had it originally intended for Freddy. Also: he is trying to pay all complainers.

As he posted/advertised his new site himself, i don't see the problem. You either deposit or you don't.

Freddy John Schiller is a scammer, as he advertised and promoted his site as investments through a trading bot, instead of a ponzi. He lied to everyone. HG didn't.
He just fucked it up and then got lost in his promise to refund everyone 75%.

Just FYI as i got a few access requests already:

Both spreadsheets are temporarily disabled while Hells is refunding people. Will be opened again in less than a week.
The problem was HG was losing track as people were randomly picking txid's, and asking to refund to another wallet than deposited from.

He will update me when done, then we will focus on TF.

Here is a future tip: do not try to recover ponzi losses by doing more ponzis. It doesn't work well :)

It actually worked pretty well.   I stopped the new Ponzi to fix a few issues and add some new features.   I'm pretty excited about some of the new stuff for ponziplayer.com and glad i pulled the plugh to make the addons when i did. 

Just reopened the spreadsheet, moved both sites/deposits to seperate sheets.
ThunderFaNs is open to view and edit partially (XPY/BTC wallets), Hellgremlins only open to view as he has refunded most if not all that were elligable.

FBI, ICE, FTC, SEC, etc.

No response from either Freddy or his father.
