I would think that any business that comes back from such a thing is ligit - The owners of that company decided to take it on the chin vs follow the mt. gox road.

To me they are a worthy company, and show their allegiance to the community.

Didn't gox got hacked once and moved like 424242 BTC years ago ..... eventually, they are gone

fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me

when it comes to $$, sorry, you have only one chance to keep and earn that trust.

they are legit, but the recent events put them in a vulnerable position.

I would just sit out the storm and dont use the service its back up to speed. If you do though, I`d just go to localbitcoins.com or get bitcoin elsewhere if you can.

if you are in the u.s. just look at your options before an exchange.

you got localbitcoins, this forum if you have rep, or coinbase. an exchange can flop, like mt gox.
