Edit: Nevermind, it's there under the Settings (Gear) menu.

what will be minimum purchace to buy bitcoin under a reffral and we will get both 20$ and butcoins ?

You have to deposit a minimum of $10 + $0.43 bank fee (takes 2 to 3 days), then buy some bitcoins with that (I don't think there is a minimum on this, but I could be wrong). After that, both the referrer and referee get $20.

It's not impossible. These funds are likely from their advertising budget. It is just an incentive to get more people to try their product out versus continue using their competitors, and the people who end up liking it will come back.

The menu item appears if you click the link from your e-mail regarding the referral program, but I can't find a way to access it directly from the site anymore.
