This is what happens when spending funds not yet confirmed, in short it is generally recommended to spend only BTC that is confirmed, for example even some BTC clients keep the BTC pending until 1 confirmation.. it may result in a double spend although not very likely with the volume... The downside is block solve time drives the site and can dry things up quick..
