I don't see any valid reason why BTC would rise and drop $100's within days. Maybe the BTC demand is so low there's people who buy a lot of BTC, hold them until they rise, and then drop them all at once and make a profit. Then repeat and do it again.

Anyone can buy a senior member account or hero, so they may not really be here for that long. : / And I think many people came to the forum when bitcoin was $1000 and just see it as a quick way to make money, but don't believe in the technology.
