That means you are able to withdraw your coins when you reach 100RDD and not sooner. The payouts are done within 6 hours, usually it takes just a few minutes. P.S.: We'd gladly appreciate you to ask for withdrawals less frequently, i.e. not every time you reach 100RDD - rather when you have more. It's not a mandatory, though it's less work for us.
