What's this doing in currency exchange? Didn't you just send $1200 Paypal to someone and they didn't send the BTC?

Wow...I was just in off-topic...lol. Is there a way I can move this myself?

Haha, I was beginning to wonder, maybe that's why you were scammed $1200.

Well I was the one myself to point out my lack of good choices/sense...so in that sense they are probably related in a way lol.

Why does Hamdog look suspiciously like the houndeyes from Half-Life, which coincidentally also came out about 15 years ago?

Sure name is catchy as hell. I guess if you sell this idea to some pro comic creators you could make some money OP.

Not only catchy, but simple. In fact, so simple it shouldn't be drawn any other way. The marketing would be just a simply, yet powerful.

Imagine:

- A 256 page book entitled The Epic Adventures of HamDog, with your drawing on the front cover. The first page only consists of "Once upon a time" with the rest and all subsequent pages blank.

- The HamDog calendar. Again, HamDog is on the cover, but the calendar doesn't consist of any dates or years. Just 12 pages of blank squares. When hung, a new image of HamDog is depicted - the same image.

- The HamDog coloring book for kids of all ages. ~24 pages of the same image.

- HamDog for President T-shirts. Or, I Love HamDog.

- If https://twitter.com/hamdog doesn't belong to you, I suggest snatching up OfficialHamDog. Same true for all the other social media sites, for that's all part of the brand. The hard part is already done - the image.

Does anybody find the stories funny? Sorry, but IMO they're made with minimal effort. Main character has a potential though.

agreed...hamdog is cool but he needs good plot adventures.

Seinfeld is to a show about nothing, as HamDog is to no plot needed.

I'm tellin' you, the more comics that the HamDog's creator creates, the more he's destroying the HamDog brand. HamDog must be simple at its core if it's to go viral.

Another case in point, a HamDog billboard depicting ONLY the word HamDog and its image. Let the people who see it have to Google it to see what it's about.

Chalk it up to Jim just making a joke, with off meaning expired. I just learnt of that term yesterday upon viewing of this dude's videos, figuring it out via how it was just in context: https://www.youtube.com/user/stefbot/

I just thought of some self-proclaimed formidable expect on HamDog giving an 18 minute TED or TEDx Talk on it, all the while the image remains on screen. For ~17 minutes and 50 seconds, the formidable expect starts, then proceeds to talk about himself, informing the audience as to how he became said expect, readying them for the great reveal. Her/his final two words: HamDog is!

Then, the next TED(x) speaker comes to stage and all he does for 18 minutes (sans dialog) is show a myriad HamDog related images, depictions that'll elicit various emotions from the audience. One being young students coloring HamDog. And, HamDog listening to the Gospel Choir at an A.M.E. church. HamDog at a funeral. HamDog at a pep rally. HamDog at some March. The HamDog billboard. Oprah carrying the The Epic Adventure of HamDog book. The HamDog Challenge for some cause. HamDog on the ground with three police officers on him, one of which just tazed him.
