I noticed systems been out, sending out btc while its still unconfirmed. Have reset it back to wait for 3 confirmations + 10minutes delay. Cant afford double spend on big deposits. On the other hand, it is likely the ponzi owner will run with all the bitcoin (even if there are enough deposits to pay the early depositors), while the risk of a runner is very low if you play on highly trusted gamblnig site and withdraw your bitcoin after playing.
