and buying stuff on internet

I want also buyers that can pay using one of the following:

Perfect Money

If interested i can create Mastercards up to 60$ and minimum 10$ .

example : VCC exp - 01/16  number: XXXXXXXXX vcc 455 balance = 10 - 60 $ type: Mastercard VCC

no this is not what i m asking about
there are 2 types of VCC
first Single use VCC that expire after first use or 24hours no matter what is expiry date
second vcc are same as real cc, just virtual one, they expire only at expiry date written on them, you can use them multiple times

Whats the expiry on these cards ? And say if I buy a 10$ card right now, and want to add more money to it, would that be possible ?

havent use google cloud before bro , but as long as they accept mastercard or visa , my VCCs can be use on that .  :)

Yes , you can use VCCs using google adwords ,Ive just read that on a topic .  ;D

The Master Cards VCCs can only be used until the balance reach 0$  ,then it can not be loaded again - and the expiry of the cards are very long ,  exp:  11 month . I can create VCCs , ranging from 10$ - 60$. And the Visa Master Cards can be loaded again if it is needed , but only me can do it from my account .
