Yes, I agree :D I never liked this kind of system. Just imagine 13 yo kid (a Hero Member) who calls 50 yo serious man (Newbie) with names like "kid", "greenhorn"... It's not an age-based descriptor. A 13-year-old kid may well know more than a 50-year-old man about Bitcoin, if he's been using it for longer or reading about it.
