I have spent the past 8 months building this website and community putting every bit of time and money I got into getting it to take off. I am either looking to sell 49% of the site to someone who can help take it to the next level or even sell 100% of the site and networks and continue to help with the project.

In the past 8 months I have been putting 8-16 hours a day into the community website and features of the site as well as building the social networks. The site and community is very unique in the way we have a custom live chat on the community that allows members to chat in real time as well as create there own chat rooms.This allows members to directly help and learn from each other as well as allows us to directly communicate with our members  We have a gaming section with over 650+ flash games that we hold weekly competitions where members can win prizes. Prizes are paid from ad revenue, donations and sponsors from other coin owners and developers. We also have a number of scripts such as a dice and wheel script we bought and are working hard on to launch on the community as well.

The main reason for wanting to sell or bring on a partner and Id rather take on a partner then sell if I can  Ive put allot of time and money into the site to bring it where it is.Ive launched a dice site 3-4 times each time the site takes off so fast with hundreds of deposits and members then someone figures out a withdraw exploit or some other exploit  and cleans out our money.  we are getting new members signing up daily but I just do not have the funds or experience to take the site to the next level. The site has a huge potential and has been generating income from almost day 1.

Income is generated on the site in the form of google adsense, selling banners, selling social media advertising, from our bit-numbers game, as well as in our game competitions and from donations and selling VIP. Income is usually between $200-$500 a week depending on the amount of advertising we do.

I can't believe you are selling this site :( Sorry to see you have to sell it dude. I hope if someone does buy this that they put as much time as you have. I remember coming in on Friday nights sometimes and you would host giveaways. Good luck with your sales.

I am not planing on selling more or less hoping to find a partner. We are very active and growing daily and continue to hold giveaways and run game competitions just the site has very good potential now that the community and social networks are established and I just do not have the funds or the coding experience to provide the community with the features it deserves. You're site looks pretty good to me already mate, what do you mean by taking it to the next level?

Well for the past 8 months I have been running the server side of things, security side of things, managing all the marketing, advertising and social media as well as the community, community events and features mostly by myself with the help of 2 admins/moderators and the help from a friend who helps with development.I have also been funding the site for the past 8 months to get it to where it is. I am putting 8-16 hours a day now and the site has so much more potential if I had access to more help or more funds. for example we have a nice bit of traffic from our gaming center with the right funds we could have a few custom games created with bitcoin directly involved to generate more traffic and more income. with the right funds we could look into launching our own pool and coin on the community as well as look into launching other unique  features.

Well you're certainly putting the hours in and you've got some help which is good. It sounds like you've got some good ideas which you're right will need funding.

Have you thought about contacting bitcoin related companies and telling them about your plans and offering them advertising space to try and raise some funds? You've only got to look on here in the services sub forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0) and at the adverts between posts to get some contacts for starters.

Yes and I am enjoying building the community as well as helping others. I have been selling advertising the past few months and I am starting to get more and more sales but I find I am just putting that money earned back into the community to keep it growing. I will look into putting some time aside to contacting a few companies like you mentioned, thanks for the suggestions I really appreciate it.

No problem at all sorry it's all I can suggest as I think funds are what you need the most for future development. As far as the gaming centre is concerned another idea might be to contact game developers and see if they would generate or supply code for games and in return you give them some advertising space and promotion on your site and social networks.

You've got a good site and good ideas to take it forward, sometimes without funding you have to think outside the box to get what you want without paying for it directly.
