Title: Masterxchange - Counterparty withdrawal not working. (buggy exchange)
Post by: SalimNagamato on January 17, 2015, 07:13:28 PM
I bought some FLDC in masterxchange, to support the project and folders who wanted to sell
I bought at 14/01 and requested withdrawal , well before it reached poloniex, so I didn't try to make arbitrage quick bucks or anything like that
didn't have a clue it will do so well...

no reply from support after email, no reply in chat box

this is to let everyone know (yes and for me to bitch about it)
do not work with this exchange until things are clarified

GOXed my butt and it hurts bad

betasharex has been down for handful days also. the withdraw/deposit still works but support is deleting chat messages in trollbox, their bitcointalk and reddit links are gone.. and they push back the scheduled reopen by 2 days every 2 days since its gone down.

Don't worry. MasterXChange is 100% legitimate. I will vouch for them. They are just having some technical difficulties, because they try to handle customer funds in a very secure manner. They would rather wait and resolve everything, than roll out a system that might be insecure.

i tried running counterpartyd on my Linux box and no issues..
poloniex seem to have no issues with withdrawals (most of the time.. )
im waiting for 5 days already and never got reply to support email

I hope it will get resolved ASAP and no funds are lost/missing

I like my coins in MY wallet ! :)

I talked to MasterXchange. No funds are lost or missing. Just withdrawal issues  :)

update is they sent assets somehow manually and without using counterpartyd
but they sent the coins and not stealing - which is a good thing

it took very long but finally my asset --> into my wallet :)
