If you need the money today then you probably shouldn't be that concerned about $27.

I'd have to cover fee as well as well for-5% if selling to Danny

Yep, I'm selling for bitstamp rate, and not interac because it is reversible. I'd accept cash deposit though at RBC, BMO or TD

issue is in my part of the world its 5 am. so i have to wait for a few hours to see if we can do cash deposit.

As of today, until further notice, I no longer have the time available to give escrow the attention necessary to provide a quality service. Therefore, I am suspending all escrow activities.  I thank you for your trust, and belief in me, but I will be unable to assist with this transaction.
