What exactly does the share represent? A part of the business or is this just some kind of ponzi (getting in early and hopinh others will apy more so your can cash out)?

Also, what comes with the shares?
Are there voting rights?
Will there be dividend payments? How often will dividends be paid? What will they be paid in? How much will be paid as dividends?

Nothing similar to ponzi or something like that.
Shares will be issued and can be used as a inside money the same like USD, also trade with our shares will be possible. By the reason that share price will be calculated by compounded interest, so also in reverse mode each sold share -0.001% then there is no ponzi at all.
Shares will not bring dividend payments and without woting rights. It will be just as an inside instrument to trade with other available currencies.
As we charge 0.2% fees then it will be even a little bit profitable to us. As you see calculations, then each +1 share brings +0.001% and -1 share decrease for 0.001% - At the same amount total shares bought so at the same price will be sold 1:1 - 0.2% fees.

Everything depends on moment when you buy/sell the shares, someone will do it for higher price, someone for cheaper price, the same as bitcoin/cryptocoin. Price will change depending on demand.

If I understand correctly, then those shares are not actual shares but more like tokens or a centralized coin with price fixing, right?
I assume it is also not limited to a certain amount. Is this correct?
