Pros:

      1 -time payment - NO monthly fees
      Administration web page - DNS, FTP, SSH, stats, ..
      30 day without login into SSH will delete server.
      Obtained in legit and legal way, you can use it for your personal things.


Cons (yea, I will write cons)

      - sometime needs to manually start/restart in admistration.
      - I have sometimes some delays (in 1-2 minutes max.). Declared server uptime is 99.8%. No uptime guarantee and no support from company (and me), because 1-time payment.
      - 30 day without login into SSH will delete server may be negative for someones.
      - terms and conditions like any other vps service. = NO Warez, FTP storage, CP pls

      Got few of them myself, perfect for hosting .onion page, education, proxy, tmp things..
      VPSs are located in CZ and provided by vserver company.
      1 public IPv4.
      Administration is TOR-accessible.
      30 days deadline: you need to type "exit" in putty to get counted +30 days. Do not close with X in the corner.

Payment: I am willing to use any escrow. AFAIK:
1. find trusted user here (a lot of posts, high rank,..) and ask him for escrow
2. Send him 4 BTC + escrow fee, send me 1BTC (You have to pay any way 1BTC first, because when registering, I have to pay fee.)
3. I will send you  regitration mail + all needed info, server is now fully yours.
4. Contact escrow with confirmation (or me, or both of us.)

So you're trying to sell a free service that is NOT hosted by you for 28 bucks ?

- It is not free, even they say it. Man have to pay with special paid sms (Fee #1), which you (I) had to order pay-sms service(Fee #2, unless you have service-program). And available to SK/CZ only. (Interface is available worldwide). These fees are about 0.7-1 btc.
- Yes. You can find here many services with >4btc add. Visa gift cards (more like 9 Btc for 0.6 btc thing), sim cards, ...

- Anyway, price temporarly reducted to 2 btc.  

This "special paid sms" you can get it from bulk sms providers.

Also you're selling a service that you can't guarantee that will be online bacause it is not hosted/managed/rented by you. They can just shutdown anytime and go away. That would make you a scammer, would you refund your clients if that happened ? I'm sure you wouldn't.

It's better you explain that in the first post or you appear to have a great lack of ethics.

I am selling service available only in 2 countries. Tied to 1 cell number = 1 VPS.
I sent all links in PMs to potentional buyers so they know. All other infos were written.
You are wrong, you cannot pay with special sms from any bulk provider (if I understand term). You need personal number. Registered on ID. At least here. You cant even get anon prepaid sim card here. (not sure about second country.)
