I'd go buy a cheap piece of land out in nature and build a small bunker like house for very little money. Then, I would buy a couple of decent computers, solar panels and batteries to be off the grid and devote a lot of my time to gaming and programming. Then put about $30k in physical gold and silver. Lastly, use whatever is left to take my family on a nice vacation.

The more realistic goal IMO would be to sell a percentage of the coins and put them in an investment (buying land etc...) and keep a percentage as bitcoins for an improvement in price (with the risk of bitcoin going lower and not improving).
