Put small heatsinks on the two temperature sensor chips LM57A(8 pin chip at the center of the hashing boards) https://i.imgur.com/4W5ONMA.jpg https://i.imgur.com/Mhua6Dy.jpg Heatsink on the Temp sensor chip will lower fan speed to default low ~2.2Krpm.
