My question is where does he get the Bitcoin that he is giving away?

Faucets usually get their money from advertising revenue. The promise of free coins gets them hits to their website which is valuable for advertisers.

You could make the cash-out amount in one hour if you worked at it straight. Not sure I've got the patience though. Nice faucet, good luck.

Can you imagine how much you can make if you stayed all day long.
86,400 seconds in a day.
Divided by 10 = 8,640 seconds.
Times by 100 = 864,000 Satoshi.
= 0.00864BTC

If you stayed on it without ever missing a second.

untrusted Cert, Don't like the looks of that it is never a good sign to start with.

The faucet payout seems a little low too, I would rethink that and try to make it higher with the value of what Bitcoin is there is very little incentive to visit here.
