We have been traded in $200-$240 range long enough, which means whales purchased all the coins that could be shaken out at this price range. Even if the whale dump 10K coins to get to $240, he wouldn't be able to shake out too many new weak hands. It is not in the whale's interest to do the dumping for very limited reward.
