How do i send 1 satoshi transactions without fee is that possible and with which wallet and also how do i send to multiple addreses?

why do you want to do that?! at least send a reasonable amount so that the receiver don't get mad and add your website to blocked addresses :D

Micro payment is a strength of BTC, something conventional payment protocal cannot do.

You can send, but expect very long confirmation time.
Miners have bills to pay, and the fee qualifies your transaction.
After all you are using blockchain space on every node's disk.

your address will be blocked for several days until your no confirmed transaction gets removed.

So if you going to spam pay the tax, or the spam will disappear in short time and you won't be able to spam again for a couple of days or more

There is, Xapo pay the fees for 0.0001BTC. You can look transaction history on the receiver address.

you can send transcation without fee but it will be take much time to confirm the transcation and thats why its neccessary to include a fee to confirm the transcation first

I think the minimum amount that you can send is around 800 satoshis. SO you will have to send 1 satos to multiple addresses to bring it to that level.

Thankfully, most of your attempted transactions will get rejected because of the rules in place.
Such spam will result in the blockchain getting bloated.

You can totally do this if you want to make everyone dislike you.
