http://gawker.com/5926440/are-authorities-closing-in-on-the-online-drug-market-silk-road while this article sports a good amount of FUD it is still possible that we are right now riding the waves of a Gawker Media Pump and Dump attempt. Wait was this before or after the ramp? I lost track of time. It is a pretty grim article, from a outlook for BTC fundamentals though.
