It has been unconfirmed for 3 and a half hours. When I go here it has said "high priority" this whole time: https://blockchain.info/tx/3c06fd08f67c79624a4d35c6f7aee163aa9d4ebb5a85dd85931b0c6bf3849a1b I have never had a transaction sit unconfirmed for this long. What could be causing this? Is it possible the money will be refunded to the senders address?
