Title: How to make litecoin analog of bamt?
Post by: pyromaniac on July 17, 2012, 10:48:55 PM
Hello!
I'd want to make USB Flash with litecoin GPU miner. Is there a manual somewhere how to do it? Easy manual is needed because I'm noob in Linux.
Thank you!

... just realized it's dated by now.
you can always use gentoo for things like that but that usually evolves into a year long episode.

I think the only working GPU miner for litecoin right now is Reaper. See this thread

From the very little I know about it, it might be a challenge for a linux newb to get this running.

FYI - you can see from another thread here

that we are getting a bounty together for a litecoin version of CGminer. If you want to toss in a few BTC for the project, this will help get it rolling that much faster.  :)  This may end up being the most newb friendly option once it is available.
