What do you guys think? I have my own opinions, but I wanted to hear yours.
To give a hit as to what my opinion is, I would like to mention that he called the  bitcoin white paper  "some brochure some guy wrote 6 years ago"

Satoshi Nakamoto wrote the white paper. Tim whoever wrote this. Let's see who is remembered in 5 years.

Not too bad. Moontalk is delusional with these costs. The guy has some points there.
"Overpromising and underdelivering" is certainly true.

Maybe because they don't give a fuck? And why should they? Should they not smoke a bowl just to please people like you? Do you pay them to demand don't smoke before making their own show? You must be coming from a conservative corner of the world.

Is it though? I would want to ask; "Who made the promises?" Was it bitcoin? Of course not, bitcoin is a computer protocol. If "Tim" believed the hype put out by completely unqualified trolls and thought it was a promise, then he has a lot to learn.

I think I go well out of my way to tell people not to "invest"(gamble) in bitcoin. It is a payment network and that is how I use it. I don't care about moons or price. There are no promises in bitcoin, good or bad.

Well, you're the guy telling everyone to hold all of 2014 and how it's the big revolution and all that. Your posthistory is one big hype-parade. So there's a little discrepancy here.

(i didn't say you're full of shit)

I checked some of my 2014 posts and I don't see it? I do think it is a huge revolution. The impact of bitcoin on the banking industry is big and it will continue to evolve. But I'm not a HOOOOOLDer. I spend and use my bitcoin currency.
I definitely point out flawed claims like "Bitcoin is a Ponzi" or "21 million is not enough BTC". But I do not think it is wise to invest in like say... an investment.

If i have time another day i'll extract you some quotes of yourself. Just replace 'bitcoin' with the word 'cryptocurrency' and everything is pretty much correct what you say about cryptocurrency but always say 'bitcoin'.

I have to agree it's not wise to invest in bitcoin like into an investement. It's good for daytrading though as long as the sheep buy it. Hope soon something comes up people can invest in.

(sorry it's not my day today. I'm pretty fed up)
