Why we exclude countries ?
The answer is simple

For the same reason that ad networks pay for example 1$ cpm for Usa and 0.01$ cpm for China

Is the faucet amounts because you use adsense and different tier countries earn you different amounts?

How can people earn up to 0.4? That doesn't seem believable.

It is a faucet which force you to watch an ad and than gives you a louzy 400 satoshi with a cooldown time of 6 hours. When i been forced to watch an ad i want at least well paid for it.  :D

OP has clearly mentioned about quality traffic which in this case, they will serve only ads for selected countries where conversion will net highest amount of payout.

Well, for Brazil it doesn't work, but will try later with proxy, just for testing purposes.

Is it possible to lower the cool down time to at least an hour?  All the other sites have that and they aren't near as painful with the ads you have.  Just a suggestion I don't think you will get many people doing this with such a large cool down

Is not it normal for people to ask all sort of questions? It would be better if in some sort of FAQ was included in OP. It will shorten the amount of question people are always asking. But some people just do not read anything and ask even if it stated clearly... So yeah...people never changes.

You can block all the non-US or non-North American IPs. It won't be 100% successful, as a lot of people use web proxies and VPNs nowadays.  ;D

Has anyone gotten 0.4 BTC prize before? It seems hardly fair if no-one has gotten it at all..

that this faucet hasn't been in operation long. Give it time, and someone will win it. Numbers
alone should guarantee that.

It isn't only USA. IIRC, right now the site only accepts traffic from a handful of countries because the ad revenue
from a lot of other countries is so low. People need to remember that many of these faucet sites are ad-supported,
meaning if the owner doesn't make enough money from the ads, they won't be able to keep the faucet going.

from my country - czech republic - we have cpc +/- for 1$ so this is not low!

What you did is to get more ad-revenue. Russians and Ukraines are the persons who earn from faucet the most. So try to include both if you haven't. Good luck!

It's easy to understand, why they are doing this.

"Advertizers follow the money" ---> Why pay for ad's, when the target market is the poorest of the poor.

In my discussions with people, I always ask them, if they would use "faucets" -- I will say, about 90% of the rich or moderately comfortable people out there, said NO, it's a waste of time. {It's obvious, if you earn a good salary and you have enough money, why would you use a faucet?}

When I explain the "faucet" concept to poor people, they show emmidiate interest.

Advertizers, will follow the money, and the target market for faucets are not the people with the money. {It's the sad truth}

yes, that is very weird. Plus the reward ratio is really not encouraging. I really do not recommend faucets, they are now waste of time.

you can waste your time on change your ip address to tyir one countries and enjoy the faucet

still, I think if one wants to earn money by clicking, faucets are the last option to go.
Also for this particular faucet there are some additional drawbacks:
- limitation of the dropping speed in function of the country - you may fix it with a proxy
- faster "paid modes" that however are also time-limited to the extent that if you do the numbers it is not really worth the efforts.
