OK so what I want is being depicted as under  :

I need to work this out.Is it possible? If yes how?

I would assume your are not talking about redundancy.  You want to mine all pools concurrently?

Well this is quite possible, but from the miners perspective very awkward, I guess is the way to put it. You can balance hash on miners across pools, but with beta rigs (or others) when it comes to offering hash, a miner will point toward a stratum that beta rigs gives out. Now considering beta allows this a miner to connect a balance load to two or more stratums then this would initially allow a renter to split hash.

I do not believe it is possible, the work issued to your miner will be different for each pool, so the same shares will not satisfy each pools requirements.
