I wrote on support twice but they just answered some common speech. Hope cryptsy is not fraud or hacked. But be careful - i will write later when money comes. Other people are having same issues; at least there is one more case here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=939954 Thankfully I withdrew all my balance a few days ago and I have nothing there right now. I don't think there is any reason to doubt their service because they have been in the business for so long and their reputation means everything to them.
